CLASS LEVEL GUIDE
Adult Beg Ballet
0-1 year of previous ballet training. May have some basic dance experience in other styles.
Adult Inter Ballet
3-5 years of previous ballet training. Strong technical foundation and ready to focus on artistry.
Adult Adv. Ballet
5+ years of previous ballet training. Advanced technical proficiency and ability to pick up more complex combination.
Ballet Pointe
3-4 years of previous ballet training. Introduces and refines proper pointe work through barre and center exercises.
Adult Beginners
Contemporary
At least 1 year of previous dance training. This class focuses on contemporary dance techniques, blending various styles to develop artistic expression and creativity.
Jazz
At least 1 year of previous dance training. This class combines classical technique with jazz dance vocabulary and stylized choreography.
Contemporary Ballet
1 - 2 years of previous ballet training. This class explores contemporary moment with ballet basic.
Stretching and Conditioning
Open to all levels; incorporates stretching, Pilates, and strength-building to enhance dance technique and prevent injuries.
